O presente artigo propõe metodologia para a identificação, aplicação e qualificação precoce dos trafores apoiada na técnica da inversão existencial. O trabalho apresenta a relação estreita entre trafores e invéxis, as características dos traços-força, fatores dificultadores da identificação e aplicação dos talentos evolutivos pessoais, com base em pesquisa bibliográfica especializada e nas autovivências do pesquisador.
This paper proposes a methodology for the identification, implementation and early qualification of strong traits supported on the existential inversion technique. The article presents the close relationship between strong traits and existential inversion, the characteristics of the strong traits, the complicating factors of identification and application of personal evolutionary talents, everything based on specialized literature and the researcher's self-experiences.
