Abstract:
The objective of this work is to present conscientiometry as an important tool for
self-research. The article is based on the author’s self-experimentation and self-research within the consciential paradigm, using an empirical method. The experiences of the
researcher with the book Conscientiogram and as a member in the courses of conscientiometry are described, as well as the difficulties and facilitators of the self-evaluation process. The techniques and paratechniques of the conscientiometry have proved useful tools for the author's evaluation, contributing to the minimization of blind spots, distortions of the self-image, defense mechanisms, in addition to promoting cons recovery, extrapolations, paradigm breaks and self-knowledge.
