Fatores Otimizadores Do Sinergismo Docente De Conscienciologia-Parapreceptores No Fazer Parapedagógico

Abstract

Saber ouvir e traduzir as informações transmitidas pela equipe de parapreceptoria no ambiente parapedagógico é tarefa desafiadora para o professor de Conscienciologia. Este artigo apresenta algumas reflexões acerca do funcionamento da atuação dos amparadores na fase do fazer parapedagógico, bem como procura demonstrar que alguns fatores ou posturas por parte do docente podem ser facilitadores ou otimizadores para a sinergia entre a equipe intrafísica e a equipe extrafísica. A metodologia da pesquisa baseou-se em experiências da autora na condição de professoranda do CFPC da Reaprendentia (turma 08), na observação dos colegas de curso e no estudo de referências bibliográficas.

This article presents some reflections on the functioning of the performance of the helpers at the stage of Parapedagogic Realization and seeks to demonstrate that some factors or postures adopted by the teacher can be facilitators or optimizers of the synergy between intraphysical and extraphysical team. The research methodology was based on experiences of the author in the condition of student in Reaprendentia's Conscientiological Teachers Training Course (class 08), peer-observation and the study of references.
