BINÔMIO VESTIBULAR-INVÉXIS: UMA ABORDAGEM CONSCIENCIOLÓGICA DESDE A PREPARAÇÃO ATÉ A PROVA

Abstract

O presente trabalho objetiva esclarecer sobre a importância da vivência de uma rotina-útil baseada na multidimensionalidade e no equilíbrio holossomático, visando otimizar desde a fase preparatória para o vestibular até o momento da prova no contexto de aplicação da técnica da inversão existencial. O artigo é baseado na casuística pessoal da autora, sustentado pelas vivências e aprendizados durante as fases de pré-vestibular, vestibular e universitária, aplicadas ao Paradigma Conscien-cial. Além disso, é enriquecido com pesquisas na área da Consciencio-logia, da Psicologia e da Medicina, objetivando melhor desempenho do estudante nesta fase da vida.

The present article looks forward to shed light on the impor-tance of living a useful routine based on multidimensionality and on holosomatic balance, aiming to optimize from the preparatory phase of the entrance exam to the moment of the text in the context of the application of the existential inversion technique. The article is based on the author's personal case, sustained by the experiences and learned lessons during the pre-exam, examination and academic phases, applied to the Consciential Paradigm. Moreover, it is enriched with research in Conscientiology, Psychology and Medicine, with the objective of better student performance at this stage of life.
