SUPERAÇÃO DA TIMIDEZ NA JUVENTUDE A PARTIR DA AUTOEXPOSIÇÃO

Abstract

O estudo em questão tem como objetivo norteador (e/ou) esclarecer sobre o processo de superação da timidez pela autoexposição, relatando as vivências e principais técnicas utilizadas. Para atingir os objetivos citados utilizaram-se registros pessoais, pesquisa bibliográfica, aplicação de técnicas, somando-se as autor reflexões da autora, análise do próprio comportamento e dificuldades decorrentes. Ao decorrer da pesquisa foi observada a melhoria da autoconfiança pela experiência, ganhos em outras áreas, desenvolvimento de outros trafores e a maior facilidade para autexposição, eliminando assim possíveis fugas de compromissos evolutivos por conta deste trafar. Conclui-se que a reciclagem desde a juventude, possibilita ao inversor a economia de males futuros em situações que poderiam trazer um prejuízo maior à organização e execução da programação existencial.

The study in question has as guiding aim to elucidate the process of overcoming shyness from the self-exposure, reporting the experiences and the main used techniques. To achieve the objectives mentioned were used personal notes, bibliographical research, techniques application, in addition to self-reflections of the author and analysis of the self-behavior and consequent difficulties. During the research was observed the improvement of self-confidence by experiences, gains in other areas, development of other strong traits and easier self-exposure, thereby eliminating possible escape from evolutionary commitments due to that weak trait (shyness). In conclusion, the recycling since youth enables the inverter to avoid future evils in situations that could bring a greater damage to the organization and execution of existential program.
