O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a reciclagem consciencial, especificamente a aprendizagem da tares, durante a formação docente. Tem por base a experiência pessoal da autora quando participou do Curso Para Formação de Professores de Conscienciologia - CFPC na Reaprendentia, de dezembro de 2015 a setembro de 2016, onde compreendeu que a reeducação propicia a reciclagem intraconsciencial. A metodologia utilizada foi auto-observação, o registro dos gargalos da prática docente verificados durante as aulas estágios e práticas nas disciplinas assistidas, bem como os registros e reflexões das avaliações recebidas dos parapedagogos do curso e das colegas professorandas. A conclusão alcançada foi a eficiência da Docência Conscienciológica como técnica de autorreciclagem.
The objective of this work is to present consciential recycling, specifically the learning of clarification task. It was based on the author's personal experience when she participated in the Conscientiology Instructor Development Course, the CIDC, at Reaprendentia from December 2015 to September 2016, where she understood that reeducation favors recycling. The methodology used was self-observation, and record of the teaching practice bottlenecks verified during the stages classes and practices in the disciplines attended, as well as the records and reflections of the feedbacks received from the parapedagogues of the course and the trainee teachers. The conclusion reached was the efficiency of the Conscientiological Teaching as a recycling technique.
