O presente artigo objetiva analisar, por meio do estudo de caso pessoal, os efeitos da Grinvexologia nas reciclagens intraconscienciais, especificamente o desenvolvimento da empatia. Através da investigação das principais vivências da autora relacionadas a grinvexes entre setem-bro de 2013 e abril de 2016, foram identificados os principais diferenci-ais, dificultadores e facilitadores do processo evolutivo relatado. Eviden-cia-se a importância do comprometimento na formação de grinvexes inte-grados e sinérgicos para catálise de recins individuais e grupais, podendo contribuir para a manutenção da invéxis ao longo da vida.
The present article aims to analyze, through a personal case study, the effects of Grinvexology on intraconsciential recyclings, specifi-cally the development of empathy. Through the investigation of the au-thor's main experiences related to grinvexes (existential inversion re-search groups) during the period from September 2013 to April 2016, we-re indentified the main difficulting, hampering and facilitating aspects of the evolutionary process reported. The importance of self-commitment to the development of integrated and synergic research groups on existential inversion for the catalysis of individual and group recycling is evidenced and may contribute to the maintenance of the existential inversion throughout life.
