Com base em revisão bibliográfica e nas vivências e observações da autora, são discutidas as principais dificuldades e otimizações para que os grinvexes possam levantar estratégias de qualificação grupal como laboratório para a liderança interassistencial (Pré-intermissiologia). Para o(a) inversor(a) são propostas reflexões sobre a responsabilidade intermissiva perante a Grinvexologia e variáveis otimizadoras do processo evolutivo pessoal. Conclui ser o desenvolvimento grinvexológico produto do efeito halo recins individuais-recins grupais e o exemplarismo a chave para representatividade interas sistencial, fortalecendo o alcance do holopensene da Invexologia por meio da rede de grinvexes.; The article analyzes existential inverters group's development, its corre lations with the group and its integrants maturation, and with the building of representativeness towards the interassistantial leadership. Based on bibliographic review and on author's experiences and observations, it is discussed the main difficulties and optimizations for existential inverters group to raise the group qualification strategies as laboratory for the interassistantial leadership (PreIntermissiology). Title: O GRINVEX E SUAS PECULIARIDADES TÉCNICAS INTERGRUPAIS; THE GRINVEX AND ITS TECHNICAL AND INTERGROUP PECULIARITIES Authors: Ramos, Luiz Paulo Abstract: A riqueza de experiências observadas no grinvex faz deste grupo profunda fonte de pesquisa invexológica. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar os benefícios técnicos e intergrupais na participação ativa neste grupo, bem como fomentar o aprofundamento de pesquisas com o mesmo tema. A metodologia utilizada foi a observação pessoal do autor quanto seu autodesenvolvimento e da dinâmica do grinvex em que participa, e a compilação de depoimentos de inversores de seis cidades do Brasil. Enquanto resultados, observa-se grande qualificação das amizades entre integrantes do grinvex, como também profunda capacitação técnica das conscins que nele participam. Conclui-se que o grinvex caracteriza-se enquanto fundamental aporte na seriéxis do inversor, sendo grande escola de teática invexológica, grupalidade sadia e liderança interassistencial.; The wealth of experiences observed in a grinvex makes this group a deep source of invexological research. The present study aims to demonstrate the technical and intergroup benefits of the active participation of this group, and encourage deepening research on the same topic. The methodology used was the personal observation of the author's self-development and the dynamic of the grinvex in which it participates, and also a testimony compilation of inverters from six other cities in Brazil. As results, it is observed the great qualification of friendships between the members of grinvex as well as a deep technical capacity of the consciousnesses participating in it. Concludes that the grinvex is characterized as a significant existential contribution in the inverter lifetimes, being a great school of invexological theorice, sound groupality and interassistential leadership.

Dessa forma, o presente artigo visa abordar a importância do desenvolvimento parapsíquico da retrocognição enquanto ferramenta interassistencial da conscin inversora. A metodologia foi fundamentada na autobiografia e em pesquisas bibliográficas da autora. O artigo está baseado na organização das ideias relacionadas às qualidades parapsíquicas da autora. Dessa forma, a escrita deste artigo trouxe gratificação e vislumbre da possibilidade de ampliar esta pesquisa auxiliando outras conscins.; Self retrocognition is a parapsychic tool and when is developed and experienced by the inverter, reflects significantly in its evolution and, as a conse quence in the existential program, helping the interassistential dynamic with relevant temporal optimization. Thus, this article aims to address the importance of the parapsychic retrocognition development while interassistential tool of inverting consciousness. The methodology was based on the autobiography and bibliographical research of the author. The article is based on the organization of ideas related to the parapsychic qualities of the author.
