The text clears up the fact that conscientiology leadership requires coherent performance in accordance with the basic assumptions of Conscientiology constituting then evolutionary individual and group megachallenge. It is the duty of the conscientiocentric manager in the personal course of evolutionary leader to give the best to meet demands related to the post, striving to make the most out of the opportunities presented to immerse in group relations, with consciential opening to live harmonically with different evolutionary levels, without deficitary omission, doing claritask and, at the same time, trying to respect the assistantial limit of the assisted audience. The research shows part of the path of the author while performing leadership work and reflects on resulting risks and benefits. The methodology of research is based on the results of observations, hetero-observations, register and analyses of facts and parafacts of consciential interrelations in the conviviality of conscientiology volunteering. |
