Este artigo apresenta a casuística de autopesquisa da autora e o processo de autossuperação de alguns traços e posturas pessoais que levaram à reeducação pensênica. A metodologia empregada na autopesquisa foi o registro das atividades e da manifestação pessoal da autora no cotidiano e nas aulas da Escola de Projeção Lúcida (EPL) do Instituto Internacional de Projeciologia e Conscienciologia (IIPC). Após a identificação dos traços pessoais e posturas que precisavam ser superados, aplicava-se técnicas paraterapêuticas e também a participação em alguns cursos, dinâmicas parapsíquicas e laboratórios de autopesquisa da Conscienciologia. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram melhora na atenção, concentração e apreensão do conhecimento, superação do monoideísmo e melhora da homeostase holossomática.
This article presents the author's self-research case study and the self-overcoming process of some personal traits and habits that led to thosenic reeducation. The methodology used in self-research was the record of the author's activities and personal manifestations in daily life and in the classes of the Lucid Projection School of the International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology (IIPC). After identifying the traits and habits that needed to be overcome, paratherapeutic techniques were applied, as well as the attendance at some courses, parapsychic dynamics and Conscientiology self-research laboratories. The results showed improvement in attention, concentration and knowledge apprehension, overcoming of the monoideism and improvement of the holosomatic homeostasis.
