Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo transmitir ideias que possam ser úteis ao professor interessado em utilizar a Biografologia no processo de aprimoramento pessoal e em sua qualificação docente. Os métodos utilizados foram pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de experiências do autor com docência e pesquisas biográficas. Entre os resultados da pesquisa observou-se a viabilidade da Biografologia no processo para formação do professor ao motivar, esclarecer, ampliar a erudição, desenvolver a reflexão crítica da realidade, promover reciclagens pessoais e qualificar o exemplarismo. O enfoque do artigo é a qualificação do professor com base no paradigma consciencial.
This research aims to share ideas which can be useful to the teacher interested in using Biographology in the process of his personal development as well as his teaching qualification. The methods used were based on bibliographical research and analysis of the author's experiences with teaching and biographical researches. Among the results of this research, it was noticed the viability of Biographology in the process of teaching formation to motive, clarify, improve the erudition, develop a critical reflection on reality, promote personal recycling and qualify the exemplarism. The focus of the article is to help qualify the teacher based on the consciential paradigm.
